Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children before Christmas
Even though it's been in Japan and online since last year, the official North American release of the much anticipated Warner Bros. CG spectacular Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children has yet to occur. Citing bonus materials as the cause of the lag in production Warner Bros has announced that the DVD and UMD versions of the movie will be released before the holiday season this year. This is good news for fans of the Final Fantasy series and fans of good CG animation, as the film is one of the nicest looking I've seen in a while. Let's just hope it has a better story than Spirits Within.

Woot! Advent Children. I'll admit to learning Japanese just so i could see it sooner. I really can't wait for a North American release, I hope they keep the voice actors from Kingdom Hearts for some of the characters, save Lance Bass he's too pretty boy for Sephiroth.
I'm expecting the UMD release to have signifigantly less extra material on it. Just hard to fit all the extras on a little disk.
