DS Lite launch, less than stellar?

Looks like the land of the rising son got a taste of the system shortages 360 fans in North America are tasting. The launch of the DS Lite, the remodel to the amazingly popular Nintendo DS, has turned up in short supply. With a missing shipment of dark and light blue systems plus a minimal set of the iPod white models many Japanese gamers are finding themselves very disapointed. Expect Nintendo to make a statement before the end of next week.
