ESRB Demands "One Million Dollars!"
The ESRB has updated their policy, now if a game is found to have questionable content hidden in it (ala Hot Coffee) publishers can be fined for up to $1,000,000 (A MILLION). Now, my question is, how much MORE money did rockstar make after Hot Coffee? I'm not entirely sure, but it may just offset that million. Still though, that's nothing to sneeze at. Looks like Developers are going to have to be alot more careful. Damn...

That's debatable, I'd say no, but many'd say yes. This is because the reason Nipples are on it is because they just re-hashed the Male torso textures (complete with nipples). That's why they look so stretched when you do the mod. They aren't designed to fit.
