Viva Pinata

In a conference today Rare announced their next Xbox 360 title, Viva Pinata. It looks like a strange mix of Pokemon, Dora the Explorer, The Sims, and Nintendogs. The game features colourful pinata animals that you must help "grow, fight, and even dance!" all while maintaining and enhancing the island they live on with your personal creative flair. This seems to be the first game to use the tagline "Make Xbox360 yours", involving the player more in the creative process of the games. The game will also coincide with a 4Kids show on Fox and the normal lines of marketing that follow. The game looks like alot of odd fun, probably not for "hardcore" players, but I'll probably play it. I know Zando will.
