Gears of War Demo, it exists

Today I had the fortunate experience of talking to one of my contacts who has reported ATI has provided key employees with a 400MB demo of upcoming game Gears of War. The demo has not yet been anounced by any officials from either Microsoft, ATI or Epic Games. Unfortunately the demo was burnt on a specialy encoded DVD-9 with media protection, to prevent bootleg copies getting out. My guess, expect this demo to hit the Xbox Live Marketplace mid-February.
