The Controller:

After the horrible reaction to the boomerang last year, Sony brought back the old model, but this time (due to legal cases) the DualShock will not be present. Now you get DualShake. But of course the bigest thing is that Sony has Torn a page from Nintendo and added motion sensitivity.

MGS4 Trailer:

They close off the presentation with this pre-rendered gem. Cool story, but I want to see gameplay.

just for the record everything in this trailer is running in engine.. it might be prerecorded but kojima would never show anything prerendered

It may be rendered by the system itself, but until we see what it can render while devoting power to the guide system, AI, and more than what you see on screen I think wes hould take this with a grain of salt.

kojima has never used models that he couldnt achieve in game in his trailers, this has been a trend for him since the release of mgs on the psone. Even early demonstraions of mgs3 were demo'd running off of the mgs2 engine just because the new engine wasnt up to snuff in his regard. so just like the halo3 trailer, it'll get better but not worse.
